The rules of the Sue Ryder Lottery Super Draw

  • The Sue Ryder Lottery is run and managed by Sue Ryder Lottery Limited which covenants all of its taxable profits to the charity Sue Ryder.
  • Online Entries into the draw close on 5th June 2026 at 23:59:59 and the draw will be conducted on 19th June 2026. The draw will be conducted by a random number generator.
  • The winning numbers will be published on our winners page and will be available from the Weekly Lottery Helpline 0370 034 0786 from the following Monday.
  • The cost of each entry is £1. Players may purchase a maximum of 100 entries for the Super Draw and payment must be in advance.
  • All profits from the Weekly Lottery and Super Draw go to Sue Ryder.
  • Not to be sold by or to anyone under 18 years of age. Any person found to be under 18 years of age automatically forfeits the right to any prize.
  • Sue Ryder Lottery Limited may reject any application without giving reason at its absolute discretion.
  • Prizes for the Super Draw are printed on the weekly lottery and Super Draw website. There are no alternatives to any prize, and no interest will be payable. Prizes will be sent by cheque within 14 days.
  • Sue Ryder Lottery Limited reserves the right to use the winner’s name for promotional purposes. These will only be in summary, e.g. Mr Foreman from Leeds.
  • Sue Ryder Lottery Limited is not responsible for any delays in bank payments.
  • No liability is accepted for loss, theft or delayed receipt of any communication sent by post or e-mail.
  • Sue Ryder Lottery Limited may (without giving any reason or notice) decline to accept an application, cancel an existing subscription or terminate or suspend the lottery scheme.
  • Sue Ryder Lottery Limited decisions made pursuant to the rules shall, once made, be final and binding.
  • By entering the lottery you consent to us using your personal data for the purposes of the lottery and to help us develop a better understanding of our supporters. Please refer to clause 12 of the full Terms and Conditions for further details.

Super Draw early-bird prize draw Ts&Cs

1. This prize draw is run by Sue Ryder (Sue Ryder Lottery Limited, Rebow House, 60 Head Street, Colchester, Essex, CO1 1PB).

2. By entering the Super Draw by midnight Monday 20th April 2026, you will automatically be entered into our early bird prize draw.

3. No additional payment is required to enter the early bird prize draw beyond entry into the Super Draw.

4. By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

5. A maximum of one entry per person into the early bird draw is permitted.

6. The early bird prize draw will take place on Wednesday 29th April 2026. The winners will be picked using a random number generator. Entry must be made by Monday 20th April 2026 11:59 pm (BST) for this draw.

7. The prize is a £100 Amazon Gift Voucher.

8. The winner will be notified by email and/or telephone (where we have permission) following the draw date.

9. If the winner does not respond to claim their prize within 72 hours of being notified the prize will be forfeited and will be offered to the next entry drawn.

10. Entry is only available to UK residents aged 18 or over.

11. Prizes are as advertised and no cash alternative will be given.

12. We reserve the right to substitute alternative prizes if those offered should become unavailable for reasons beyond our control.

13. The winner is responsible for any cost of expenses involved in claiming or using the prize other than those which are expressly stated to be included.

14. A prize may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by the supplier of that prize.

15. While nothing in these terms and conditions will limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud, we will not be legally responsible to entrants or winners for any losses that were not foreseeable to us or to you at the time of entry to this promotion or which are caused by a third party.

16. The result of the draw is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

17. We will use your personal data to process your entry and to contact you regarding it. For further details about how we use your personal data, please refer to our privacy policy.

18. The winner may be asked to take part in publicity, which may include interviews, photographs and/or filming. The winner’s name will be announced on our website and by email to other participants following the draw.

19. Sue Ryder staff are not permitted to take part in this prize draw.

20. We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the early bird prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will not be liable to entrants as a result of such amendments, suspension, or withdrawal.

21. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
